July 6, 2005 – Burnaby, BC – EAPI Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: EPEI) is pleased to announce that its shareholders have approved the 14A Definitive Proxy Statement submitted to them for vote on June 24, 2005. The shareholders approved the board of director’s proposed corporate action to amend the Articles of Incorporation to change the name of the Company from “EAPI ENTERTAINMENT, INC.” to “ORGANIC RECYCLING TECHNOLOGIES INC.”
Ralph Petruzzo, president of Organic Recycling Technologies Inc., stated, “The Company has established a major foothold in the recycling and waste management industry.
