Wildlife at Trevella Photography Competition

Added: (Tue Jul 03 2007)

The abundance of wildlife at Cornwall's Trevella Park is the inspiration for this competition, with prizes in two categories - one for adults and one for juniors. So if you're looking for a reason to visit Cornwall, and put yourself in line to win a free week's holiday at Trevella next year, visit their website at http://www.trevella.co.uk/ for full details.

Trevella offers something for every member of the family. Besides its close proximity to some of Cornwall's best beaches, the park boasts a heated swimming pool and heated paddling pool, an adventure playground for the little ones, and well stocked fishing lakes.

Trevella and Springfield lakes are part of the park's nature reserve and for the past eight years have been awarded the David Bellamy Gold award for conservation. The whole site supports a wide range of wildflowers, and the beautiful parkland setting is sure to provide inspiration for photographers of all ages.

Any one person may enter a maximum of two images, in colour or black & white - prints, slides (no glass mounts) or digital files (saved at 300dpi for use up to A4) are acceptable, but digital files must be accompanied by a print, at a minimum size of 6x4in.

The closing date for entries is October 1st 2007, and the competition is open to guests of Trevella Park for the 2007 season, and winners will be notified by letter within 14 days of the closing date.
