AOT Offers Free Management Traineeship Provided By Government Funding

March 18, 2010 – Queensland, Australia – aot.edu.au – a registered training organization providing training education for various course subjects announced that the government funding of $4,000 each for eligible employees in accordance with the Australian Government training program for those who are interested in taking a management traineeship course. In line with this, Accredited Online Training (AOT) offered free training for their Diploma of management course.
Since January 2010, the Australian Government provided employers the chance to train workers for free with the financial incentive provided from their traineeship program. One of the courses being offered by the program is the management traineeship. By registering with AOT, the employers were able to provide their workers the chance to improve their skills needed in the workplace. With the announcement of the release of funding incentives, employers were able to save cost for providing training education for their employees.
To be able to sign up for the management traineeship course provided by AOT, employers needed to fulfill certain requirements. For the diploma level training, they needed to meet six requirements.
For employers who want to provide training education for their employees, the employees needed to be employed in Queensland, South Australia or the Australian Capital Territory. Aside from this, the employees were also required to have an Australian or New Zealand citizenship to be able to take the management traineeship course. As a citizen in Australia or New Zealand, the employees were also required to have a residency of more than 6 months.
Employees who already had qualifications were still able to take the management traineeship course as long as they did not have a nationally recognized qualification that is above a certificate IV level. Furthermore, only employees who were not enrolled for any course were allowed to take the management traineeship. The employees also had to be over 15 years old. Lastly, the employees had to be working for at least a certain amount of hours per week and they had to have an employer checking their work.
