The website www.theinvisiblehomepage.com allows anyone to advertise “Almost Anything”. Individuals and Businesses can buy “Invisible” ad spots for $5 each with no limit on the number of spots they can purchase.
The spots are actually 25 x 25 pixel boxes(625 pixels) and show only an outline for visitors to click, which links to the advertisers website or whatever they are advertising.(their business, service, blog, myspace, flickr, facebook or any of their social networking profiles).
The site officially launched on Saturday August 23rd, 2008 and has already sold 43 spots
“We have had visitors from every state in the US and 6 other countries” say’s Brown.
Theinvisiblehomepage.com is also giving away cash, up to $100,000 USD. If all spots are sold, they will be giving away $100,000 through (2) random drawings worth up to $50,000 each.
