"Not only did we replace all our expiring work but we replaced it with work supporting the Intelligence and Cyber Communities" claimed Mr. Campbell. "And, on top of this, we were granted a prime contract for the General Services Administration's 8(a) STARS II Program with a value of $10.2B."
Advanced C4 Solutions' co-owner and Executive V.P., Norm Abdallah, names a plethora of Military and National Service Intelligence organizations, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of State , and also the General Services Administration as a part of Advanced C4 Solutions' constantly increasing client base. In addition, Abdallah says "We also received three new contracts supporting one of our long term military joint command customers"..
One such contract is to provide materials, supervision, and labor required in order to complete program management support services to the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE) at MacDill AFB in Fl. AC4S and their associate, Fulcrum Information Technology Services Company are providing support services within the following functional arenas: mechanical engineering, facilities management, and vehicle operations maintenance, civil engineering, logistics support, and electrical engineering, weapons training, command administration, and personnel security, technology training, and program analysis.
"AC4S has a long standing history of supporting JCSE in a wide variety of areas" claimed Campbell, who is a JCSE veteran as well. "Our documented history of receiving ‘exceptional' CPARS ratings includes our support at JCSE."
Rich Wehde, an AC4S Program Manager at JCSE additionally functions as the Quality Manager. "We recently completed our ISO 9000 Stage II audit and have become an ISO registered company", Wehde explained. "Pursuing a formal quality certification under the mantra of Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement was made easier because that‘s our focus here at JCSE - customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. We applied what we do here to our corporate processes."
Bill Savage, a JCSE Veteran and AC4S' Vp of Operations, fights every day of getting proficient and certified personnel to handle roles for the new positions. "Even with the down economy, it's still a challenge to find the exactly right people that will measure up to our extremely high technical and ethical standards, but we continue to be successful in finding them", claimed Mr. Savage. "This company is owned and managed by former senior military personnel and we demand nothing but the highest caliber people to help us execute the special trust our customers have placed in us."
"Our JCSE staff has a long history with the command", claimed Mr. Savage. "Many of them served for years at JCSE as military members or government civilians. Our corporate knowledge of JCSE and its mission is extensive with 80% of our Executive Management team being JCSE alumni, including a former commander. We understand where that customer is coming from because we were once that customer. We at AC4S wear the JCSE purple color for a reason." Advanced C4 Solutions deploys with the Joint Communications Support Element right now as civilians just like they did in uniform, as a result it's a painless transition for them.
