EMEC partners with Marine BizTV
EMEC (Europeon Marine Equipment Council) has initiated a strategic partnership with Marine BizTV, the first satellite TV channel in July 2008 covering the marine industry worldwide.
The European Marine Equipment Council which represents the European marine equipment industry consists of 12 European trade associations. The partnership intends EMEC to provide content to Marine BizTV from a European perspective and keeps a worldwide audience up to date with the latest opportunities and developments in the field. This will reach a wider audience who are interested in the activity of the leading companies in the industry.
Specially targeted towards students and young professionals specializing in the Marine field, the partnership is strategically important for the marine equipment industry as a whole. EMEC and Marine BizTV are both developing new and compelling ways to promote interest in marine research and innovation, and expect the results to be beneficial to the whole industry by ultimately addressing the skill shortage which has been affecting it for years.
Opening new channels of communication between different perspectives, this new synergy of MarineBiz TV and EMEC is aimed at bridging the gap between different practices and policies in the European and Asian Marine Industry thereby promoting the European Marine Equipment industry across the global market.
