Is our future biofuels?

I very much appreciate the forward-looking and integral approach of the GSB initiative: it asks the question how mankind can implement this new technology in a harmonious and time-efficient manner - taking into account that requirements and constraints may differ for different geographical regions and societies. It is an illusion to think that we can switch from fossil fuels to sustainable energy sources without major changes in our infrastructure and land use.
Jack Pronk, Faculty of Applied Sciences at Delft

The conference agenda includes a dedicated press meeting on 26 February
