Happy Class is Now Online

Added: (Mon May 05 2003)

Pressbox (Press Release) - CHESTERVILLE, May 8, 2003 – The one subject not taught in school is how to live a happy life. The free Happy Class is now available to complete the education of anyone with access to a computer.

Happy Class has been delivered free by email for several months. It is still free but it has been upgraded to a more interactive web-based format. "The classic free email course is a one way series of emails. We decided that we wanted more for our students," says David Leonhardt, The Happy Guy. "The new format combines the best of email and personalized web pages. Our goal is to engage people, to help them participate in the class. After all, this is their life, so they should be involved."

Each lesson includes:

• an overview essay (similar to a mini-lecture, but with added personality)
• motivational quotations
• questions to ask oneself
• practical tips
• mystery files for students to solve
• additional content specific to the topic of each lesson.

Topics covered by Happy Class include self-esteem, self-confidence, gratitude, courage, anger, rest, fitness, friendship and altruism. The nine lessons are based on the nine habits of maximum happiness in the popular book "Climb Your Stairway to Heaven" by David Leonhardt.

Interested media are invited to sign up for the class at http://TheHappyGuy.com/self-actualization-happy-class.html, or to e-mail David Leonhardt for a sample lesson at Info@TheHappyGuy.com.
