AGROSCAN beefs up leadership position in bovine/porcine ultrasounds

Pressbox (Press Release) -
ECM of France is strengthening its position as world leader in bovine and porcine ultrasounds: ECM’s devices, which are designed to monitor gestation and diagnose reproduction in animals, are the only ones to allow the use of sectoral and linear probes (AGROSCAN ‘L’). The company designs and manufactures a variety of veterinary ultrasounds, and is due to attend several trade fairs after the summer, in the USA, France and Germany.
The Agroscan range is sold under the brand name AGROSCAN and consists of five portable ultrasounds specifically adapted to each animal species — namely sheep, cows, sows, goats and mares. AGROSCAN ultrasounds are light, compact and easy to use, enabling reliable diagnostics through high-resolution images. They can detect non-gestating animals very quickly after insemination: from 18 days in sows, 25 days in cows, 30 days in ewes and only 13 days in mares.
ECM offers the broadest range currently on the market and continues to popularize the ultrasound technique in over 50 countries through its network of exclusive distributors. To find ECM’s local distributor in a given market, or become a distributor, interested parties should contact FTPB, which will inform the company. (Also, see ECM’s website.)
ECM has already delivered more than 5,000 AGROSCAN devices throughout the world and assists each new user in learning how to read ultrasound images and operate probes. Each country has its own after-sales service to ensure users always enjoy the same quality of products and services.
