Mr Ravi Kumar Bandlamudi started Property Adviser in the year 2015 in T-Hub as a product development company in the realty vertical.
Why did Ravi start Property Advisers?
After working for over two decades in various IT MNCs, Ravi’s tryst with entrepreneurship began as the owner of a real estate franchise business RE/MAX. Ravi worked in this sector for over 8 years. After closing RE/MAX franchise operations in 2014; the urge to ‘simplify the house search for the buyer’ led Ravi to start Property Adviser.
He understood that though there was a lot of information available both online and offline, it was hard for the buyer to find reliable information to make a decision.

The information available online was not facilitating decision-making. A buyer who is searching online is bogged down by redundant and outdated information. The buyer had to do a lot of legwork to find a house worthy of buying. Even after spending a considerable amount of time and effort, there were instances when he couldn't find what he was looking for. Finding something quickly was not even remotely possible. Ironically, that is what exactly technology is supposed to aid: quick and better decision making. And all online portals were eminently falling short of this sacred and basic goal.
Property Adviser is India’s first property directory that lists projects under construction as well as ready to occupy in Hyderabad.

No. of unique visitors per month grew from 6451 in Oct 2017 to 56590 in Oct 2018 (it is growing steadily at a rate of 20-30% every month).
No. of unique visitors per day in Oct 2018 is averaged close to 2000 (of which, 300-400 visitors are from abroad).
No. of new registrations per day - 25 to 30
No. of builders registered with Property Adviser – 1813

Property Adviser was started to simplify the buying process. We provide verified, reliable information by following a rigorous data collection and verification process.
So, how do we do that?
Our representative visits the project to collect information about the project such as no. of units, price, size, availability, amenities, facilities, building schedule, brochures, offers, and so on. PA executive meets the builder/ his representative gets the project details every month. PA team also takes photos of the ongoing construction activity.
Next, our data analysis team uploads the data to our website.
The PA team visits the project site every month to get the latest information on price, availability. They click photographs that show the progress made so far. All the information collected is once again updated on our website.
