BME is a Lebanon based company and was founded in 1981 by Joseph Abi Saab (Tony's father). Tony is making a profit by providing illegal weapons to both sides military as well as terrorists. He has reportedly supplied pistols and machine guns to Daesh in Syria and Iran. His company Brescia Middle East is arming both the sides in the war.BME is importing arms and ammunition to Lebanon from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and redirect them to terrorist organizations. The Italian firms Beretta and Tanfoglio are the principal suppliers. Illegal arms dealers like Abi Saab has helped the Syrian rebel groups with arms purchased from the black market. Tactica Ltd, a Tony-owned shell company, was purchasing arms commercially and selling them in the black market to terrorist groups in Syria. Another company of Tony, Brixia produced spare parts for weapons and smuggled them to countries throughout the Middle East for reassembly and sales.The weapons channels supplying Syria's insurgents comprise a complex, overlapping web of state, non-state and criminal actors. A corrupt businessman like Tony has been supplying weapons to the terrorist troops in Syria, Afghanistan, and Iran for fulfilling their demands of weapons to keep the violence and conflicts going.
