The free version can be used for unlimited time thus enabling IT administrators to decide if they need a more capable commercial version. To make the choice easier, the full featured commercial version is available for trial for the first 30 days. After that the software automatically switches to free version limited to 50 monitors.

The Remote Network Agent functionality is available in the Professional 1000 and Enterprise editions. Web Transaction Monitor for end-to-end monitoring of websites and applications is available as an add-on for IPHost Network Monitor and priced at $199 for 5-monitor packs; the option with an unlimited number of WTM monitors is priced at $499.
