Pressbox (Press Release) - How is the use of AI is going to be revolutionary in Digital Marketing?
In the world of Technological advancement, AI is the digitalized future we all are heading to. AI, or Artificial Intelligence, is a revolutionary theory of developing computer systems in a way that they can perform tasks efficiently with the use of Human Intelligence such as speech recognition, visual perception, translating languages and taking decisions. AI is gaining an immense amount of importance due to its 5 fold abilities, namely, Reasoning (the ability to solve problems by logical deduction), Knowledge (the ability to represent knowledge about the world), Planning (the ability to set and achieve goals), Communication (the ability to comprehend written and spoken languages) and Perception (the ability to conclude things from various sensory outputs).

When you throw any question to Google, it instantly comes up with a bundle of answers for you. Moreover, it also gives you a list of similar questions that other people have searched as well as answers related to what you have searched for. Artificial Intelligence is the tool which is responsible for coming up with the set of answers that you get after your search.

It predicts the behavior of customers with propensity modeling and predictive analytics. Propensity models are nothing but statistical scorecards, which are built for identifying prospects who are likely to respond to an offer. It does the job of harmonizing the customer characteristics with anticipated behaviors. AI is said to be the fourth Industrial Revolution in history, and thus, it is climbing the charts and is predicted to top the list very soon.

Contrary to the popular belief that robots will replace the human workspace in the future, humans are as important to AI as machines are to it. It cannot work without the input of human intelligence in it. Hence, it does not narrow down the opportunities for job seekers or replace their work, rather it makes their jobs easier by being their digital assistant.

Since the time of the Industrial Revolution, we have come a long way, and machines have made our lives easier and simpler. Some of the biggest companies like Facebook, Amazon, Google, and Microsoft are investing and beginning to rely on AI for the revolutionary days to come. Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Google has rightly said, “The last 10 years have been about building a world that is mobile-first. In the next 10 years, we will shift to a world that is AI-first.”
