It may take twenty years to build trust, but you can destroy it in just a few minutes
California City, CA. The latest book by Pierre A. Kandorfer demonstrates one of the most pressing problems in our society with declining values, morals, and ethics everywhere: Whom can we still trust?
Trust is a firm reliance on the integrity of a person we consider reliable, honest, truthful, and decent. A person who won’t lie, deceit or cheat on us. In short, a human with values, morals, and ethics prohibiting him to be a jerk and to turn on us.
“It may take twenty years to build trust, but you can destroy it in just a few minutes,” Pierre summarizes in his latest book.
Pierre’s book investigates this basic foundation of human connections, from most casual friendships to most intimate relationships. Trust is existential for all of us because it rules all human interactions we have with each other.
The book displays all important aspects of trust such as trusting people you don’t trust, psychology of trust, trusting your intimate partner, trusting your family, trusting your friends, trusting your boss, trusting your neighbors, trusting our society, trusting politicians, trusting scientists, and trusting God.
