The travelers will also be able to select their pick up & drop point with timing as per their convenience. The travelers would also avail discounts booking from associated banks and on e-wallets as per the different seasonal offers.

5. How many tickets can be booked in one transaction?
You may book bus tickets for six persons all above the age of five years in one online transaction only.
6. What documents do I need to produce before the Bus Driver of the scheduled bus?
You need to produce hardcopy of your bus ticket with your government authorized identity card for hassle-free journey although bus service validate your e-ticket by acknowledging about the booked ticket over email and is always available with you in form of soft copy in IRCTC downloaded APP.
7. Will I get refund if I miss the scheduled Bus?
The refund will only get initiated after receiving your booked amount from Bus Operator and will only be granted if bus driver has cancelled your bus and have not provided you with any other bus.
There is no refund option available in case you missed the bus or if bus has already departed from boarding point.
8. May I modify the dates of Journey after booking?
The Bus ticket once booked and paid for cannot be swaped for any another date. You would be required to make fresh booking cancelling the booked ticket,The payment for cancellation will be made as per the policy adjusting the cancellation charges.
9. Will payment get refunded in case my amount get debited but I did not receive ticket no. due to some technical issues?
The payment will get refunded within 3-5 working days in the same provided bank account in case of any technical issue arising while making online bus booking on IRCTC Portal.
10. What action do I need to take if I do not see confirmation of ticket on screen?
In case you are unable to see acknowledged copy of your confirmed bus ticket, you may check your ticket in booking history or email to concerned department at buscare@itctc.com for redressal.
