Aylesbury becoming a fast growing multicultural town so it will be best time that we endeavour to celebrate such events which brings togetherness within the community. It is also called as the “festival of love” as on this day people, regardless of age, religion, race or social status, join in the celebrations and unite together forgetting all resentments and any ill feeling towards each other. It's said that lovers having this tradition, painting their faces the same colour in celebration of festival of love.
