7. This promotion is a prepaid promotion, which cannot be refunded or modified the staying date once confirmed with hotel reservation team. EXCEPT: If COE is refused or Phuket Sandbox campaign is canceled, this promotion will be refundable. OR if COE is delayed, this promotion can be modified without fee within a reasonable timeframe.
