4 Step to get a certificate attested in UAE
· The first thing you need to understand about getting any document attested in UAE is that the application process is different for every country.
· If you are not a UAE resident then you cannot get the UAE attestation visa stamped in your passport. In this case you can send the required documents along with your visa to the respective embassy and the embassy will issue an “Important Notice” to the UAE embassy in Dubai.
· The UAE embassy in Dubai will then deliver the attested document to you at your address in UAE.
· You need to visit your embassy and ask for a certificate. You will be charged certain fee to get the certificate.
· Then you need to go to the Ministry of Justice in Dubai in order to get a stamp on the certificate. You will get the stamp after paying certain fee to the ministry of justice.
· After getting the stamp from the ministry of justice, you will take your certificate to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to get it attested by the Ministry of foreign affairs. You will have to pay fees to the ministry of foreign affairs.
· After getting the certificate attested, you will take your certificate to the Ministry of Justice to get your certificate stamped by the Ministry of Justice. You will have to pay fees to the ministry of justice.
What certificate must be attested?
A certificate should meet the following conditions: It is issued by a country or organization outside. It is not the diplomatic passport or ordinary passport. It should be notarized by the UAE Embassy in other countries. It should contain the applicant’s name, date of birth, address etc. It should be an original certificate and not a duplicate. It should be original or a true copy and not a photocopy.
