Prasad Gandhikota plays a critical role in providing SAP systems production support to thirty-five manufacturing plants across united states in manufacturing and product quality for an uninterrupted food manufacturing.
Prasad provides Information technology (SAP, Extend AG and critical infrastructure) production support for fresh pack season of 120 days for tomatoes and vegetables.
Prasad is responsible and accountable for Supply Chain Heavy SAP integration program split across multiple waves consisting of two to three manufacturing plants in each wave for manufacturing and product quality space. Below mentioned are some of the tasks where he provides leadership and subject matter expertise
• Discovery phase in understanding the business processes working closely with business partners in manufacturing and quality
• Documenting business requirements and gaps
• Configuring SAP systems to fulfill the business needs
• Designing and building solutions working closely with business, IT, and external partners
• Review functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion,
• Enhancements and Forms) objects
• System integration testing
• Supports business partners in user acceptance testing
• Stabilization of the projects in defining business first metrics and daily reporting
• Developing business continuity plans
